Take inspiration from our holiday tips on this page. The National Property Board (SFV) is the largest manager of state-owned cultural buildings. Be sure to visit some of these cultural treasures during your holiday.

Several of the pages below carry links to the website of the current tenant, listing opening times, children's activities, etc. The County Governors' Residences are not generally open to visitors, but are still worth a visit to see the beautiful buildings and enjoy a picnic in the park.

Seunarselet on the Saxån river between the lakes of Borgasjön and Stor-Dabbsjön, 8 km south of Borgafjäll and on the county border between Västerbotten and Jämtland. These are excellent angling waters, flanked by SFV forests and old hay fields, with beautiful mountains in the background.

Tullgarn Palace lies a few kilometres south of Stockholm. This royal palace is best known as Gustav V's summer residence. The park includes biological water treatment beds.
